BCIS Acute Cardiovascular Intervention (ACI) 2015 .
Wednesday 21st to Friday 23rd January, 2015.​
The flagship intervention cardiology event returns for the annual gathering at London Hilton Metropole Hotel. The programme for next years event in currently being compiled and will be realsed in the near future.

Cath Lab Basics. Glasgow.
Monday 16th & Tuesday 17th March, 2015​
Manchester Royal Infirmary.
The 3nd BCIS Allied Health Professionls Cath Lab Basic Course is hosted this year in Glasgow. The programme directors have compiled a two day event aimed at professionals from across all the allied healthcare professions involved in the management of the cardiac patient.
Topics will include:
Cath lab set up and radiographic views
Understanding ECGs
Radiation Protection
Drugs used in the Cath Lab
Equipment and techniques
Cath Lab emergencies
Access site choice
Evidence base and patient journey for angiography and PCI
This couse is open to BCIS members only. There is NO registration fee and a travel bursary may be avaiable
